The storytelling concept around the theme "beer" was implemented with hand-painted wall graphics that accompany the guest from the staircase to the restaurant. In addition to the fantastic view, the prominent bar area, with over 20 globally award-winning beers, is the heart of the room. A table over 20 metres long and ceiling lighting consisting of over 4,000 Störtebeker beer bottles were designed for larger groups of travellers. Authentic materials such as leather, wood and concrete, which are structured by reliefs, emphasise the down-to-earth character of the Störtebeker brand.
